Mom finished chemo!

Yea, for Mom! She finished her last round of chemo last Thursday. What a trooper! Now it's on to radiation in two weeks. She goes for 35 treatments in all. I'll be so glad when it's all over. She needs a rest from the meds. But what an attitude! You rock, Mom. I love you and am so proud of you. You've worried about me more than you have yourself! That's my Mama! God Bless and keep you forever and always. Here's to a healthy, happy future!

More Basketball

Parker plays BTeam and wears his brother's number 11. I'm so proud of him. He outdoes himself on the court just like Ev. He's a winner for sure. Love you, Park.

Basketball Moms

Tanya and me at our boys' game in Billingsly. Posted by Picasa We have some fun together cheering our boys on. Sometimes she has to hold me down....can't help it. Lately things have gotten pretty rough on that court. They're out to get Evan I swear. But he's handling himself. Sometimes I don't know how.

This is Evan going up for a basket at Billingsly last Friday night. We beat 'em even though Ev had a freshly broken nose from last week's game. What a guy!

PET Scan

Well, my PET scan done on the 11th shows a spot on my adrenal gland. Dr. Gore wants to wait 3 months (3 MONTHS!! UGH) to see if it has changed any. There's a chance it's a benign tumor-it happens. So.....we wait.....
Oh, heart scan was good. I can keep taking my Herceptin every 3 weeks. That's good news!
I've given this to God and he's taken the burden from me already. I'm living every minute soaking up time with my boys and Russ. Uh oh...gotta change the subject here...feeling mushy.

Roll Tide! National Champs! Got 13!

Bama Wins National Championship!!! Woo hoo!!!

My den with my banner I made for the game.

Roll Tide! Boy being out of school today AND knowing our Bama boys pulled it out--um--good stuff! Crimson Tide has rolled all over Texas! Roll Tide Roll! Pictured are my friends, l-r- Taylor Howell, Russ, Larry Howell, Michael Daniel, Steve Guy, Front- Marsha Howell, Amy Daniel, Tina Guy and me.Michael, Tina, Steve and Russ pulling Bama in for a win at Michael and Amy's last night. Here's Amy. She's in her game shirt and jeans and that's HER chair behind her. We all have our good luck seats and nobody gets to get in them when Bama plays and we're there watching it! Parker and Houston are playing their fav XBox 360 in Houston's room after watching the game at our house. I couldn't get them to pose in our group picture.

Evan and Zack came over to the Daniel's after the big win to see all of us. Below are Taylor Howell, Zack, and Evan.

Russ and Michael celebrating after the big win. Now these are two loyal Bama fans! I've enjoyed being with Michael, Amy and Houston through football season so much. It's been something I've looked forward to every week. I can't wait for the next season...and I've really never felt like this before! I don't know.. I guess just being a girl and all...but now...I'm hooked. I want the boys and Russ and I to meet Mark Ingram and Coach Saban so bad!! Hmm....let's see.....

Happy Birthday, Mom!

We gathered at Olive Garden to celebrate Mom's 66th birthday. The boys even ventured out with us just for their Mimi. See, boys at this age prefer to stay at home while their parents go out now....do ya think they're embarrassed of us or something? Mimi is very special to get them to the restaurant! We had fun- they should join us more often.
